BD Performace - Linered HYDA/JZDA Block

We have spent years developing this Liner System for both the Ford Focus ST225 and RS305 engine. Only after a period of rigerous testing was the product released to the market.

Countless vehicles now run our Linered Block without issue. The Liners close the gap in the Volvo 2.5 Engine meaning there is no way in which the liner can crack. The ductile steel is stronger and far more durable meaning its capable and ideal for builds running in excess of 1000bhp.

All our work is carried out in the UK and is tested before leaving. The product is ideally supplied as part of a full engine build but can be supplied as a BARE Block Only. Both options are listed:

Not fitted or Supply Only is a BARE Block supplied with Liners installed

Fitted price is including removal and rebuild using all new Genuine Engine Parts, this excludes new Ancillaries and alike (ie alternator, starter motor, etc)
